Apollo Enrichment

Apollo Enrichment automatically fills in missing data on your People and Company records using Apollo.io's database of over 270M contacts and 60M companies.

Enrich individual records with a single click, or select up to 250 records and enrich them all at once. The app creates dedicated Apollo fields on your People and Companies objects so your existing data stays clean and organized.

You can also set up automatic enrichment so new records are enriched the moment they're created, or whenever key fields like email, LinkedIn, or anything you specify are edited.

When you enrich a record, the app sends identifying information (email, LinkedIn URL, or domain) to Apollo and writes the results back to your Attio workspace.

For People, Apollo returns professional details like job title, seniority, department, employment history, and their current organization's name and website.

For Companies, Apollo returns firmographic data like employee count, founded year, annual revenue, total funding, tech stack, headquarters location, and more.

All Apollo data is stored in clearly labeled fields prefixed with "Apollo" so you can always tell where the data came from. You control whether Apollo updates standard Attio fields like LinkedIn and Twitter, or only writes to Apollo-specific fields.

Bulk enrichment processes records in the background so you can keep working while it runs.

Connect the app with your Apollo API key. The app automatically creates all the fields it needs on your People and Companies objects.

Open the app's Settings page to configure:

• Automatic enrichment triggers -- choose whether to enrich records when they're created, or when specific fields change (like email or LinkedIn)
• Apollo fields only mode -- restrict updates to Apollo-specific fields, leaving your existing LinkedIn, Twitter, and other standard fields untouched
• Phone enrichment -- optionally request phone numbers from Apollo (uses additional Apollo credits)

After changing settings, click "Save and activate" to apply them. You can enrich records manually at any time from the record actions menu, regardless of your trigger settings.
