Overview
Attio's Slack integration surfaces your CRM activity straight into Slack channels. With Attio connected to Slack, you can automatically share updates—like a deal being closed, or a new customer signing up—directly in your team channels.
To take things to the next level, the Slack integration also lets you post interactive actions to Slack, meaning you can respond to updates in Attio without leaving Slack.
How it works
Automated notifications
Set up automatic notifications in Slack for updates to lists or records.
Workflow actions
- Post messages to channels: Send custom messages to a Slack channel of your choice.
- Post actions to channels: Embed actions in Slack messages so team members can kick off follow-up automations with a simple click.
Configure
Note: To set up the Slack app in your Attio workspace, you must be an admin.
Attio’s Slack bot will only have access to and will be able to view basic information for any public or private channels it’s invited to. It can send messages to channels it is invited to, but it cannot read other messages in the channel.
- Click on your workspace name, select Workspace settings from the dropdown, then Apps in the sidebar.
- From this page, search for and select Slack, then click + Add Workspace and choose the Slack workspace you’d like to use with Attio.
- Click the drop-down in the upper-right to navigate between Slack workspaces. Click Allow.
