Integrate with Channeled to connect companies in Attio to channels in Slack.

- Reply to Microsoft Teams from Slack and triage Direct Messages.
- Assign messages by priority, topic, or account team.
Configure
Note: you can only have one CRM connected to Channeled at a time.
We recommend having admin permissions while installing Attio, but these are not required.
- Go to Integrations.
- Select Attio and login through the Attio authentication flow.
Mapping Channels to Attio Companies
Companies from Attio can be automatically or individually linked to Slack channels.
To automatically link Attio Companies to Slack channels:
- Go to Attio Integration Settings
- Select Sync Companies
- Channeled will automatically attempt to connect Slack channels with Attio Companies based on the Attio Account domains
To manually link Attio Account to Slack channels:
- Select the specific channel in Channels.
- Map and search for an individual Attio Company.
