Overview
Attio's Outreach integration connects you to Outreach's powerful functionality for managing, growing, and analyzing your sales pipeline.
How it works
Once you have connected to Outreach, you will have access to new workflow blocks and actions inside Attio.
Workflow blocks
- Add to Sequence (Action): Create prospects in Outreach and add them to your sales sequences.
- Added to Sequence (Trigger): Trigger automations when a prospect gets added to a sequence in Outreach.
- Sequence State Changed (Trigger): Trigger automations when your Outreach prospects move to the next stage of your sequence.
Add to Sequence actions
- The 'Add to sequence' action lets you manually add prospects to your chosen sales sequence, straight from Attio's record pages and quick-action menus.
- Bulk-add multiple prospects to an Outreach sequence by selecting from a view in Attio.
Configure
Integrating Attio with Outreach allows you to trigger and respond to email sequences in Outreach.
An admin can follow these steps to connect your Attio and Outreach accounts:
- Click your workspace name in the upper-left of Attio, then select Workspace settings.
- Head to Apps on the left-hand side, select Outreach, then Install.
- Log in to Outreach if you are not already signed in, and connect the account.
Once you have finished these steps, Outreach blocks will be available to use in workflows.
In order to use Outreach with Attio, confirm the following:
- Ensure you have a sequence created in Outreach.
- Ensure you have a mailbox configured in Outreach.
