Overview
Tables is a B2B contact database. Search over 300 million people and companies, find verified work emails and phone numbers, then send them straight into Attio.
You build a list in Tables, choose which fields map to which Attio attributes, and export. People and companies are created in your workspace with the data already filled in, so you do not copy anything by hand.
Tables also runs AI enrichment. You can ask a question about each person or company, such as what a business does or whether it fits your market, and write the answer into any Attio field.
How it works
Connect your Attio workspace once from the integrations page in Tables.
Build a list of people or companies in Tables, then pick which fields go into which Attio attributes. Tables suggests defaults, so you only change what you want. Your own custom attributes work too.
Click export. Tables writes the records into your Attio workspace in the background, and shows you what worked and what did not.
People are matched on email address and companies on domain. If a record already exists, Tables updates it instead of making a duplicate.
Configure
You need a Tables account on a paid plan, and admin access to your Attio workspace.
In Tables, open Integrations and choose Attio. Approve the connection in the window that opens.
Tables connects to one CRM at a time. If you already have another one connected, disconnect it first. Then open any list, choose export, check the field mappings, and run it.
To stop the connection, click Disconnect in Tables. Records already in Attio stay there.
