eCore Enrichment

eCore Enrichment brings the eCore DataCore B2B database directly into your records. With one click on a person, eCore matches the contact against tens of millions of verified business profiles and fills in the details you're missing — work email and direct or mobile phone number — without leaving the record.

Matching uses the data you already have: a LinkedIn URL, or the person's name together with their company. Found details are written straight back onto the record's email and phone attributes, and your existing values are always preserved. Every lookup shows your remaining eCore credit balance, so spend stays visible.

Built for revenue teams who want accurate contact data at the exact moment they need it — billed per successful lookup against your existing eCore account, with nothing charged when there's no match.

Open any person record and choose "Enrich with eCore" from the actions menu. A dialog shows exactly what the app will match on — name, company, and LinkedIn — so you always know what's being sent.

Press "Find & save email" (1 credit) or "Find & save phone" (5 credits). The app securely calls the eCore enrichment API using your connected eCore credentials and, on a match, writes the result onto the record's email or phone field. Phone lookups also return an email when one is available. Existing emails and phone numbers are never overwritten — new values are merged in alongside them.

If no match is found, or your account is out of credits, the app tells you clearly and charges nothing for an unsuccessful lookup.

1. Install eCore Enrichment into your workspace.

2. The first time you run the action, Attio prompts you to connect your eCore account. Click "Connect", sign in to eCore, and approve access — there are no API keys to copy. Your credentials are held securely by Attio and used only server-side; they are never exposed in the browser.

3. Open a person record, choose "Enrich with eCore", and start enriching.

You'll need an active eCore account with available credits. Email lookups cost 1 credit and phone lookups cost 5 credits, charged only on a successful match.
