Shuttio

Move HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Affinity, CSV to Attio

Overview

Shuttio moves the CRM you are leaving into Attio: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Affinity or a CSV file. It moves records, the links between them, notes, tasks, meetings, files attached to records, and lists. It costs $0 at any record count.

Shuttio reads your source's schema and recreates your objects, fields, select options and lists in Attio. You review every object and every field mapping before it writes anything to your workspace.

Owners and task assignees are matched to Attio workspace members by email. A deal owner in HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce becomes the deal's owner in Attio. An owner whose email matches no member is skipped, and the run reports it.

Every run reports on every record. A record that fails is listed with its reason and a suggested fix, and so are the records that depend on it. Rollback deletes the records, notes, tasks, meetings and files the migration created, and archives the attributes it added. Attio's API has no endpoint to delete a list, so Shuttio names the lists it created and you remove them in Attio.

How it works

  1. Pick the source and Attio as the destination on the From / To picker. Connect Attio, then the source: HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce use their own sign-in, Affinity takes an API key, a CSV is uploaded.
  2. Choose what to move: attachments, custom fields, pipelines, lists. Tick the objects.
  3. Review the fields. Keep, skip or rename a field, add value rewrites or defaults, and choose the column that identifies a record. Set filters per object if you want a subset.
  4. A migration from a CRM runs 50 records per object as a free sample first. Check them in Attio, then run everything. People match on email and companies on domain, so a re-run updates records and creates no duplicates. A CSV imports in full, with no sample.
  5. Shuttio links records to each other in a second pass, then imports notes, tasks, meetings, files and list memberships onto the right records. Calls land in Attio's Phone calls; SMS, WhatsApp and LinkedIn messages, logged emails and other source activity types land in Attio activities.
  6. Read the results: counts per object, every failed row with its reason, and a lookup of the source record. Roll back from the More menu at any time.

Configure

  1. Install Shuttio from the Attio App Store, or go to shuttio.com and choose Start free.
  2. Create a Shuttio account with Google or with an email and password.
  3. Approve the Attio connection on Attio's consent screen.
  4. Choose the source and connect it. HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce use their own OAuth; Affinity takes an API key; a CSV needs no connection.
  5. Follow the seven steps in the left rail: Source, Connect, Options, Objects, Fields, Filters, Import.

To disconnect, remove Shuttio from your Attio workspace's apps settings. Shuttio also deletes its stored Attio token 14 days after the migration finishes. Records already imported stay in your workspace.
