Overview
Parsley captures buyer intent signals from every profile interaction and syncs them directly to Attio—giving your sales team actionable intelligence before the first call.
The Problem
Sales reps spend hours researching prospects before calls, yet still walk in blind. They don't know what the prospect actually cares about until they get on the phone. Meanwhile, leads from events and outreach sit in spreadsheets, decaying before anyone follows up.
The Solution
Parsley profiles include an AI chatbot that engages prospects 24/7. When someone visits your profile, they can ask questions about your product, pricing, or how you compare to competitors. The chatbot answers from your uploaded documents—and captures their intent in the process.
Every interaction generates structured intent data:
- BANT signals - Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline indicators with actual quotes
- Lead quality scoring - Hot, warm, or cold based on engagement depth
- Intent classification - Pricing inquiry, feature comparison, technical evaluation, or general research
- Conversation summary - What they asked, what mattered most
This intelligence syncs automatically to Attio as People records with linked Notes. Your reps see exactly what prospects care about before picking up the phone.
Who It's For
- Sales teams who want pre-call intelligence on every prospect
- RevOps who want structured lead data flowing into their CRM automatically
- Founders who want their profile working for them while they sleep
The Result
No more guessing. No more manual data entry. Every Parsley conversation becomes actionable CRM data in Attio.
How it works
Parsley syncs two types of data to Attio: Contacts and Conversation Intelligence.
Contact Sync
When someone shares their contact information through your Parsley profile—via the contact form or through the AI chatbot - they're automatically created in Attio as a Person record.
The sync includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Company
- Job title
Parsley uses Attio's Assert API, so existing contacts are updated rather than duplicated. Email address is the matching key.
Conversation Intelligence Sync
When the AI chatbot completes a conversation, Parsley creates a Note in Attio linked to the Person record. This note contains:
- Conversation summary - Key points from the exchange
- Lead quality - Hot, warm, or cold rating
- Intent signal - High intent, evaluation, research, or support
- BANT indicators - Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline signals with supporting quotes
- Engagement metrics - Message count, session duration, return visitor status
- Knowledge gaps - Questions the chatbot couldn't answer (reveals unmet prospect needs)
Sync Timing
- Contact sync: Immediate (triggered on form submission or chatbot lead capture)
- Conversation sync: Immediate (triggered when conversation ends)
Data Flow
Prospect visits Parsley profile ↓ AI chatbot engages, captures intent ↓ Contact synced to Attio (People) ↓ Conversation summary synced (Notes) ↓ Rep sees full context before the call

- Chatbot conversations → Creates a Note linked to the Person with full conversation intelligence (BANT signals, intent, lead quality)
Disconnecting
To disconnect the integration:

- Click the Attio card
- Click Disconnect
This revokes Parsley's access to your Attio workspace. Existing synced data remains in Attio.
