Overview
Knock2 identifies the companies and people visiting your website, scores them against your Ideal Customer Profile, and turns that buying intent into Attio records your team already works in. The integration is bidirectional: Knock2 creates and updates Attio People records for every qualified visitor (matched by email), while pulling Company deal data like stage, value, owner, close date, back into Knock2. Reps see CRM context the moment a buyer returns to the site. Field mapping lets you choose exactly which Attio attributes, standard or custom, show up on the Knock2 side.
How it works
- Visitor identification & scoring. Knock2 resolves anonymous site traffic to a company (and, where possible, a named contact), enriches the record, and scores it against your ICP using configurable rules.
- Push qualified contacts to Attio. Add an Attio destination to any Knock2 Play or Workflow. Matching contacts are created or updated as Attio People records, matched by email. No manual data entry, no duplicate records.
- Pull deal context back from Attio. When a visitor's company domain matches an existing Attio Company, Knock2 reads that company's deals — stage, value, owner, close date — and surfaces them on the visitor's record inside Knock2.
- Map your own Attio fields. Choose which Attio attributes (standard or custom) appear in Knock2's Contacts and Accounts views, so the data you see matches how your team actually uses Attio.
- Permissions. Knock2 writes People records and reads Company/Deal data. It does not create, edit, or delete Attio Deals, Workspaces, or Users.
Configure
- In Knock2, go to Settings → App Marketplace and select Attio.
- Click Connect and authorize Knock2 in the Attio sign-in screen. This creates one connection for your whole Attio workspace — any teammate can complete this step, but reconnecting later requires repeating this flow.
- Open the Attio integration drawer's Read tab and select which Attio attributes you want visible inside Knock2. Only attributes that still exist in your workspace can be selected.
- In any Knock2 Play or Workflow, add Attio as an output destination. Matching contacts will be created or updated in Attio automatically as the workflow runs.
- To disconnect, return to the Attio integration drawer and click Disconnect. This stops all future syncing, but does not delete records already created in Attio.
