Referral Gift Card Reward Policy

This Policy outlines the terms and conditions for Attio's referral gift card promotion from 28th April 2026 to 28th June 2026.

This Attio Gift Card Reward Policy sets out the terms and conditions on which Attio Limited, whose registered office is at 42 St John’s Square, 2nd Floor, London, EC1M 4EA ("we", "us" or “Attio”) operates its gift card reward scheme for customer referrals (“Scheme”) and makes this available to its customers (“you”).

1. Rewards and eligibility

1.1 What you get. Subject to the terms below, if you refer your contacts to Attio you’ll receive a digital gift card for every valid referral. 

1.2 What your referred customer gets. Your referred customer will be entitled to 10% off its first year on a paid Attio Pro or Enterprise plan. 

1.3 Who can participate. This Scheme is invite-only. You’re only eligible to participate in the Scheme if you’ve received an invite to the Scheme from us by email. 

2. How it works

2.1 Sharing your link. We’ll provide you with a unique referral link (“Link”). When you share it, you're doing so on your own behalf - not as our representative. You must comply with all applicable marketing / privacy laws when contacting people about Attio. You should only share your Link with people you know, and who would expect to hear from you, and you must keep evidence of any permissions / consents you rely on.

2.2 Tracking. We need to know about the referral at the point of introduction. A referral must be made using your Link.

2.3 First referrer wins. If multiple people refer the same business, we'll reward whoever referred them first as determined by our records.

2.4 Qualifying criteria. Your referral is only valid when a referred customer signs up to Attio using your Link and the following conditions are satisfied: 

  1. the sign up is during the Scheme promotional window which starts on 28th April 2026 and ends on 28th June 2026 (“Promo Window”),

  2. their Workspace converts to an Attio Pro or Enterprise plan at any time on or before the 28th July 2026 (“Final Qualifying Date”), 

  3. after converting to an Attio Pro or Enterprise plan, their Workspace remains on the plan for 3 consecutive months after its initial two-week trial (“Mininum Subscription Period”), and

  4. after their Workspace’s first paid date on a Pro or Enterprise plan, they do not cancel, delete or downgrade their Attio Pro or Enterprise plan at any time prior to the end of the Minimum Subscription Period. This will disqualify the referral. 

2.5 Referral limitations. There’s no limit to the number of prospective customers you can refer, as long as they satisfy the criteria above.

2.6 How you’ll receive your reward. For every valid referral, your digital gift card will be delivered via email to the address associated with your Attio account. We’ll send this via our reward partner within 30 days of your referred customer completing the Minimum Subscription Period.

2.7 Reward combinations. Referral rewards - both the digital gift card and the 10% discount - cannot be combined with any other promotional or incentive offers, including startup program discount, sales offers and any other special promos. 

Your responsibilities

3.1 Disclosure. You must tell anyone you refer that you'll receive the digital gift card from Attio.

3.2 Accuracy. You're not authorised to make promises, representations or commitments on behalf of Attio.

3.3 Compliance. Your participation must not breach your employer's policies or any other obligations you have. You must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not offer or give anything of value to improperly influence anyone to sign up to Attio.

3.4 Tax. You're responsible for any tax obligations arising from your reward.

4. A few other things

4.1 Our discretion. Attio has final say on whether a referral qualifies. We may withhold, delay, set off or recover a reward if:

  • the qualifying criteria in this Referral Policy has not been met in any way,

  • the referral involved fraud, misleading statements, spam or improper conduct, 

  • you breach these terms or any applicable laws and regulations, or 

  • we have compliance concerns (including marketing or anti-bribery).

4.2 Failure to receive reward. If you’ve not received your digital gift card, the most common reasons why are: 

  • the Minimum Subscription Period hasn’t elapsed yet, 

  • your referred customer didn’t sign up using your Link or during the Promo Window, 

  • the referred customer’s Workspace didn’t convert to a paid Pro or Enterprise Plan by the Final Qualifying Date, or

  • the referred customer has cancelled, deleted or downgraded its plan to the Free or Plus plan after their first paid date.

4.3 Not an agency. This Scheme doesn't make you our employee, agent, or partner. You have no authority to act on our behalf or make commitments for us.

4.3 Changes. We may change or end this Scheme at any time, and changes will apply from the date we post them online or notify you via email. Valid referrals properly submitted before the change or end date will be honoured under the version of the Referral Policy in force at the time of submission, provided all eligibility conditions are met.

4.4 Other arrangements: This programme is separate from any Attio partnership, reseller or affiliate arrangements.

4.5 Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
