Demo Gift Program Policy

1. About these terms

1.1 These terms apply when Attio Limited (company number 10719702) ("Attio", "we") offers a gift for taking a sales demo (an "Offer"). Each Offer's gift, dates, eligible countries and any extra requirements are set out in the relevant ad, form or campaign page and the Schedule ("Offer Details"), which prevail if they conflict with these terms.

1.2 By submitting your details, you accept these terms. There is no obligation to buy.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be 18 or over, acting for a business, using your work email, based in an eligible country and involved in choosing or using CRM software for your organisation. You must submit your details through the Offer's ad, form or link before it closes.

2.2 You are not eligible if you:

• work for an existing Attio customer, or one already in sales discussions with us or that has had an Attio demo in the last [6] months;

• work for Attio or a competitor;

• are a government or public official, including an employee of a state-owned business or public international organisation; or

• would breach your employer's policies or any law by accepting the gift.

2.3 One gift per person and per organisation.

3. Qualification

3.1 Submitting your details does not guarantee a demo or a gift. We decide, reasonably and in good faith but at our sole discretion, whether to offer a demo, considering your eligibility, your role, your organisation's size, sector, location and likely need for Attio, and any extra requirements in the Offer Details. We may ask for more information.

3.2 If you qualify, we will confirm in writing that your demo is a qualifying demo (a "Qualifying Demo"). Only a Qualifying Demo earns a gift. If you don't qualify, we will aim to tell you within 10 business days.

4. The demo and the gift

4.1 You must personally attend and complete the Qualifying Demo at the booked time or another time we agree, by video call, for at least 15 minutes.

4.2 Within 30 days of completion, we will send the gift, or instructions to claim it, to the email you submitted. For a physical gift, you must give us a delivery address in an eligible country within 30 days, or the gift may be forfeited.

4.3 Gifts are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. We may substitute a gift of similar or greater value. Stated values are approximate retail prices at launch.

4.4 Gifts supplied by third parties (such as devices, subscriptions or vouchers) are subject to the supplier's terms, including warranty, renewal and expiry. Please raise any issues with the supplier. 

5. Your responsibilities

5.1 By accepting a gift, you confirm that your employer's policies and applicable law allow it, and you will disclose it where required. The gift is a thank-you for your time and is not intended to influence any buying decision. You are responsible for any tax on it.

6. Our rights and liability

6.1 We may withhold or reclaim a gift if we reasonably believe you are ineligible, gave false information, made multiple submissions or breached these terms.

6.2 We may change, suspend or end an Offer or these terms at any time, but will honour any confirmed Qualifying Demo that you then complete.

6.3 Our liability is limited to the gift's stated value, except liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence). We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control or caused by third-party suppliers or carriers.

7. Data and general

7.1 We use your details to assess eligibility, arrange your demo, deliver your gift (sharing delivery details with our supplier or fulfilment partner) and, where permitted, tell you about Attio. See our Privacy Policy at https://attio.com/legal/privacy.

7.2 These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Questions: support@attio.com.
