TimelinesAI is a shared WhatsApp inbox for teams — it connects your business WhatsApp numbers so your whole team can message customers from one place. This app links TimelinesAI to Attio so every WhatsApp conversation is reflected on the right person automatically, and so your team can start WhatsApp messages without leaving Attio.
Inbound messages are matched to a person by phone number and saved as a note. Outbound messages are sent on a one-to-one, contact-initiated basis by adding a person to a list, or with the in-record Send WhatsApp action. No copy-paste and no tab-switching — your WhatsApp activity lives next to the rest of your customer context, on the records you already work in.

How it works
Inbound — WhatsApp becomes a note. When someone messages one of your connected WhatsApp numbers, the app finds the matching person by phone number — creating one if there is no match — and adds a note with the message. Duplicate deliveries are ignored and an existing person is reused, so you never get duplicate people or notes.
Outbound — from a list or in-record. Send by adding a person to the "Send WhatsApp" list, or click the in-record Send WhatsApp action and reply from a composer right on the record. The message goes through TimelinesAI from your connected number and is recorded as a note.
Keeping records tidy. When two people are merged, the app re-parents its WhatsApp notes onto the surviving record so conversation history is never lost. A daily health check confirms the connection is still authorized.

Install in Attio: start the install from this listing and approve the connection. On connect, the app automatically creates the "Send WhatsApp" list, adds the WhatsApp Phone and WhatsApp Message attributes to the people object, and registers a secure webhook — there is nothing to wire up by hand.

Use it: inbound messages start appearing as notes on the matching person immediately. To send, add a person to the "Send WhatsApp" list, or use the in-record Send WhatsApp action. You can disconnect at any time from the app's settings page, which removes the webhook and the data the app created.
