Housecat is a new type of email inbox that links directly to your Attio CRM. It brings key information from your CRM into your email, so you can immediately see if a company is already in Attio, what stage a deal is at, or who owns the relationship.
From any email, ask Housecat to create a new record or update an existing one. Housecat reads the conversation, extracts the important details, and makes the changes in Attio for you.
Every update includes a clear summary of what changed, along with any conflicts, errors, or possible duplicates that need your attention. Changes are easy to review, correct, or undo.

Housecat gives you a complete email inbox connected to your CRM. When you open a relevant email, you can see the associated people, companies, deals, stages, and relationship owners from Attio.
Ask Housecat to update your CRM
Create a task from inside the Housecat inbox, or forward an email to your unique Housecat address. Housecat can process introductions, pitches, sales conversations, meeting follow-ups, and other relevant email threads.
Housecat reads the conversation
Housecat identifies important information such as names, roles, companies, contact details, and deal updates. It can also download attached documents and files linked through services such as DocSend, ready to associate with the appropriate Attio record.
Housecat updates Attio
Housecat creates new records or updates existing ones using your Attio workspace’s fields and objects. It checks for existing records and flags potential duplicates rather than creating them automatically.

- Setup your Housecat email inbox Connect gmail or other supported mail providers at https://home.housecat.com
- Connect your Attio workspace Authorize Housecat to read, create and update records in Attio.
- Housecat maps your existing Attio configuration We read your existing fields to understand how to update them. If you have custom objects you can choose how we map data against them.
- Get your Housecat forwarding address You receive a unique email address that your team can forward relevant emails to.
