The Ringover + Attio CRM integration allows you to:
- Make calls directly from Attio
- Automatically log your call and messaging activities (SMS, WhatsApp) in Attio's notes
- Synchronize your Attio contacts with Ringover
- Benefit from AI-powered call summaries and transcripts links in Attio

Configure
In order to generate an Access token from your workspace, you must be an admin. If you're not an admin for your workspace, you can ask an admin to complete the following steps:
- From the dropdown beside your workspace name, click Workspace settings.
- Click the Developers tab.
- Click + New access token.
- Give your new access token a name, e.g. 'Ringover'
- Enable Read-Write permissions for all available scopes

Log in to your Ringover Dashboard.

Go to Integrations.

Search for Attio in the list of available integrations.

Enter your Attio Access token

Click Activate
💡 Important to know: For Ringover to successfully add the call summary and transcript link in Attio, the original note created when the call ends must not be manually edited. If the note is modified, Ringover will be unable to append the summary and transcript.
