Ringee brings calling into Attio so your team can launch calls with the right context and keep call activity connected to the CRM.

With the Ringee app, users can open a Ringee call session directly from Attio records, view recent call activity related to a record, and access call details such as recordings and summaries when available.

The integration is designed for teams that use Attio as their CRM and Ringee as their calling platform. Ringee handles the call session, while Attio remains the system where contact context and relationship history live.

This app is built for fast-moving sales and operations teams that want a cleaner workflow between CRM activity and outbound calling without forcing reps to manually move information between systems.

How it works

  1. Install the Ringee app in your Attio workspace.
  2. Configure the app with your Ringee connection details.
  3. Open a Person or Company record in Attio.
  4. Use the Call with Ringee action to prepare a call.
  5. The app validates the workspace configuration, resolves the correct Ringee context, and prepares a secure call session.
  6. Ringee opens the dialer flow with the relevant record context.
  7. Related call information can then be surfaced back inside Attio.

The app also includes an in-record widget that helps surface Ringee-related call information for the current record.

Configure

To use this app, you need:

  • an active Ringee account
  • access to the Ringee workspace or organization you want to use
  • the Ringee integration token configured in the app settings
  • the Ringee API URL configured if you are not using the default API environment

After installation:

  1. Open the Ringee app settings inside Attio.
  2. Enter your Ringee integration token.
  3. Enter your Ringee API URL if needed.
  4. Save the settings.
  5. Test the connection from a supported record in Attio.

The app currently supports Attio as the active CRM provider in Ringee.
