CallForges

CallForges is a cloud phone system and power dialer for sales teams. Reps make and take calls in the browser, run power and parallel dialing campaigns, and record and transcribe their conversations.

The CallForges app for Attio logs every call to the right person in Attio as soon as it ends, so your whole team can see each conversation on the person's timeline without typing a thing. It also brings your Attio people into CallForges, so reps can find and call them in one click.

Every call is logged to Attio about two minutes after it ends: outbound and inbound, answered and missed, and voicemails. You choose whether each kind of call becomes a note on the person or a record of a Calls object, or is not logged at all.

Each entry shows who made the call, the numbers on both sides, the outcome and duration, the disposition, rating and notes the rep added, the campaign, and links to the recording and transcript in CallForges. If a rep changes the disposition or notes after the call, Attio is updated to match.

CallForges finds the person by phone number. When no one matches, it can create a new person for you, named after the number. Calls are attributed to the right teammate through user mapping, which can match users by email in one click.

The Contacts tab in CallForges lets reps search your Attio people, filter them by any of your lists, and import them as contacts. You can also log past calls from up to one year back, and an Activity log shows every delivery, with a one-click retry for any that failed.

1. In CallForges, open Integrations and choose Attio. You need permission to manage integrations in your CallForges workspace.

2. Click Connect, sign in to Attio, choose the workspace to connect and approve access. You return to CallForges with Attio connected.

3. Open Map users and match each CallForges user to their Attio member, or click Auto-map by e-mail, then save.

4. Open Settings to choose how each kind of call is logged, whether to create people for unknown numbers, whether notes include recording and transcript links, and which phone numbers are logged. Save your changes.

5. Optionally, use Log past calls to send earlier calls to Attio.

Your next call appears in Attio within about two minutes. You can disconnect at any time from the same page in CallForges.
