Kallio

Aircall calls and texts, logged on the right person in Attio

Overview

Kallio connects your phone system to Attio and logs every call and text message on the person it belongs to, without anyone typing anything up.

It is built for teams on Aircall, Dialpad or 3CX who keep their customers in Attio and want the phone to show up there too. Once it is switched on, each inbound, outbound or missed call becomes a note on the matching person record, with its direction, how long it lasted and who on your team handled it. Text messages are logged the same way. People stay in step in both directions, so a person added in Attio can be recognised by your phone system, and a new caller saved in your phone system appears in Attio.

Setup takes a few minutes and needs no technical work. You sign in to your phone system and to Attio, each in a popup, choose a plan, and switch the integration on. A dashboard shows every call as it is logged, and any call from a number Attio has never seen, so nothing goes missing.

Pricing is per workspace (not per user). 7 day free trial.

How it works

Calls become notes on people

Every call your phone system completes is logged as a note on the matching person record within a few minutes of hanging up. The note carries the direction, the duration, the name of the team member who handled it, and a link back to your Kallio dashboard. Missed calls are logged too.

Text messages are logged the same way

When your phone system reports a text message, Kallio adds it as a note on the person it was sent to or received from.

Matching on the phone number

Kallio matches a call to a person by phone number, read in full international form. A number saved in Attio without a dialling code still matches, using the country you chose during setup. A call from a number no person has is kept as unmatched on the dashboard, and the moment that person is added to Attio the call is logged against them.

People stay in step

With Aircall and Dialpad, people sync both ways and keep syncing as they change. Attio tells Kallio through webhooks when a person is added, changed or removed, so Kallio hears about changes as they happen rather than by polling.

Who took the call

Every note names the team member your phone system put on the call. Kallio matches your team to your Attio workspace members by email address, and shows each person the match on their own identities page

Switched on means switched on

Connecting a system gives Kallio access and nothing more. Nothing is logged until an admin switches the integration on, and it can be paused and resumed from the dashboard at any time. Kallio keeps only the phone number, what happened and when for each call. Names and companies stay in Attio.

Configure

What you need

An Aircall, Dialpad or 3CX account you administer, an Attio account that can add apps to the workspace.

Connecting

  1. Start from the install link.
  2. Connect your phone system.
  3. On the CRM step, click Connect Attio. A popup opens on Attio. Sign in if you need to, pick the workspace Kallio should work in, check what it is asking for, and approve.
  4. Choose a plan and switch the integration on. People begin syncing straight away and calls are logged from then on.

Afterwards

Your Attio connection is listed on the Integration page under Your systems, with the workspace it is signed in as and Test and Disconnect alongside.
