Overview
Bring your Attio CRM into Plain so your support team has full customer context on every conversation. Companies, people, and attributes sync automatically, so customer information in Plain is always up to date.
How it works
- Companies → Tenants. Each Attio company becomes a Plain tenant.
- People → Customers. Each person on a synced company is imported as a customer and linked to their tenant.
- Company attributes → Tenant fields. Attio attributes appear as tenant fields in Plain — choose which are visible, and optionally pick one (e.g. a "Plan" field) to drive Plain tiers, with a tier created for each value and kept in sync.
- Continuous sync. After the initial import, changes in Attio flow through to Plain automatically.
- List-scoped. You pick a single Attio list to sync from, so only the companies and people you care about come across.
Configure
- In Plain, go to Settings → Attio.
- Click Connect with Attio and authorize access in the popup.
- Select the Attio list to import from.
- Click Import from list to start the sync.
- (Optional) Under Configure fields, toggle which Attio attributes appear in Plain.
