ScreenReply makes it effortless to capture and share exactly what's happening on the screen. Request recordings from customers to troubleshoot complex issues, or record quick updates yourself—all directly in the browser with no software required.

Connect ScreenReply to Attio to generate recording links straight from any Person or Company record. Once a customer finishes recording, the video link is automatically logged as a Note on their profile. This link opens a smart player equipped with an AI-generated summary and clickable timecodes, helping your team understand the problem in seconds.

Configure

  1. Install the app - Browse the official Attio App Store, locate the ScreenReply listing, and click the Install button.
  2. Connect to ScreenReply - Log in to your existing account or register a new profile, then navigate to the Integrations section from the main menu.
  3. Authorize the integration - Search for the Attio module and click Connect. Review the requested permission scopes in the OAuth window and authorize ScreenReply to securely interact with your CRM data.
  4. Get your connection token - Click Setup on the Attio integration card in ScreenReply and copy your proprietary authentication token to your clipboard.
  5. Connect to Attio - Return to your Attio environment, access the configuration settings for the installed ScreenReply app, and paste your token into the Workspace connection input field to finalize the setup.
