1. Engage: A visitor starts a conversation with the BubblaV widget on your website. The AI answers their questions based on your documentation and site content.

2. Identify: During the chat, if the visitor provides their email address (either proactively or when asked by the bot), BubblaV identifies them as a lead.

3. Sync: BubblaV immediately checks your Attio workspace:

   • If the Person exists: It updates their record with the latest activity and chat transcript.
   • If they are new: It creates a new Person record and automatically associates them with a Company based on their email domain.

4. Handover: Your sales team sees the new lead in Attio immediately, complete with the context of their conversation, allowing for a hyper-personalized follow-up.

Setting up the BubblaV integration is quick and requires no coding.

1. Install the App: Click the "Install" button in the top right corner of this listing.
2. Authorize Access: You will be prompted to allow BubblaV to access your Attio workspace. This is required so we can create and update records on your behalf.
3. Connect BubblaV: Once installed, you will be redirected to your BubblaV dashboard. Select the specific website you want to connect to this Attio workspace.
4. Done: The integration is now live. All future conversations will automatically sync to Attio.
