Cevanos

AI customer service that knows your Attio customers

Overview

Cevanos is an AI customer-service agent that answers your customers across chat, email, WhatsApp and voice, and acts on their behalf inside the systems you already run. Connecting Attio lets the agent recognise who it is talking to: it finds the customer's person record by their email address before it answers, so it can use what your team already knows instead of asking them to repeat themselves. It can also create the customer's record when one does not exist yet, keep their details current, and log a note of the conversation on their record so your team sees what happened.

How it works

An Attio admin connects the workspace once from the Integrations page in the Cevanos console and approves access on Attio's consent screen. Nothing is switched on by connecting: you then choose which Attio actions the workspace allows and which each agent uses.

When a customer is identified in a conversation, Cevanos looks up the Attio person record whose email address matches theirs. It then reads the company record linked to that person, so the agent knows which company the customer belongs to. To read these records it also reads your workspace's object configuration.

Depending on the actions you turn on and the approval rules you set, the agent can create the person record if the customer is not in Attio yet, correct that person's name or phone number (never their email address), and add a note summarising the conversation to that person's record.

Cevanos reads only the matched customer's person record and the company record linked to it, and it writes only to that person record and its notes. It does not read or change lists, tasks, deals, comments, files, or any other people or companies. Every read and write is listed in the Attio integration's activity in Cevanos. Disconnecting Attio in the Cevanos console, or uninstalling the app in Attio, stops all access.

Configure

You need a Cevanos workspace and an Attio user who can approve app access for your Attio workspace. In the Cevanos console, open Integrations, choose Attio and click Connect; you will be sent to Attio to approve access and then returned to Cevanos. No API keys or settings need to be copied. The agent only uses Attio for customers it has identified by email, and any write it makes follows the approval rules you set in Cevanos. To stop the integration, disconnect Attio in the Cevanos console or uninstall the app from your Attio workspace.
