HeyReach

This application creates an easily-configured automation to sync data between HeyReach and Attio. Push Attio Person records to HeyReach campaigns and lists, or stream existing HeyReach leads into Attio based on the campaign events you choose in the "workspace settings" configuration.

1. Setup: Connect your HeyReach API key and choose which events to listen for
2. Auto-configuration: When you install the application and add your API key, webhooks are automatically created in HeyReach to subscribe to the events you choose to listen for.
3. Full visibility: All HeyReach event activity is logged in a List of Person records. This List ("HeyReach Events") is automatically created when you install the application. This list can be deleted manually, but will not be automatically removed if the application is uninstalled.
4. Push to HeyReach: Use record actions to add Attio contacts to HeyReach campaigns or lists. People can be added individually, or with bulk actions.
5. Push to Attio: Existing HeyReach leads automatically sync to Attio when they meet the criteria of the events you choose to listen for. Any new Person records are automatically created.

Available HeyReach Events:

Choose any combination of HeyReach campaign events you want to listen for and push into Attio:

• connection_request_sent - When you send a connection request
• connection_request_accepted - When someone accepts your connection request
• message_sent - When you send a message
• message_reply_received - When someone replies to your message
• inmail_sent - When you send an InMail
• inmail_reply_received - When someone replies to your InMail
• follow_sent - When you follow someone
• liked_post - When you like someone's post
• viewed_profile - When someone views your profile
• lead_tag_updated - When lead tags change
• every_message_reply_received - Notifies you every time a lead replies to your LinkedIn messages or InMails.

This app will work on all Attio plans (Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise)

Set up your integration in minutes.

1. Click "Install" to install this app in Attio
2. Login to HeyReach and get your API token (Setting → Integrations → HeyReach API)
3. Go to your Attio Workspace's Settings → Apps → HeyReach
4. Click Connect
5. Paste in the API key and hit Save
6. Click on Settings and choose which events you want to listen for. NOTE: By default, the app will enable "Connection request accepted", "Message reply received", "Every message reply received" and "InMail reply received". This can be toggled off.
