Overview
Postlude turns sales calls into sent follow-up emails. When a call ends, Postlude receives the transcript from Fathom, drafts a follow-up in the rep’s own voice, and queues it for review. The rep edits if needed and sends from their own Gmail — the email comes from them, not from a tool. The moment it sends, Postlude logs it to Attio: it finds the person by email address (or creates them if they’re new) and attaches a note with who it went to, the subject, and the full text. Your Attio timeline stays complete without anyone typing a call summary. Built for small agencies and sales teams who win deals on speed of follow-up.
How it works
Drafts from real calls
A Fathom webhook fires when a call ends. Postlude reads the transcript and drafts a follow-up that reflects what was actually discussed — commitments made, next steps, links you always include.
Your voice, not a template
Each team member gets a voice profile built from emails they’ve actually sent, so drafts sound like the rep, not like AI.
Send from your own Gmail
Reps review, edit, and send through their connected Gmail account. Postlude never sends on its own.
Logged to Attio automatically
On send, Postlude matches each recipient to a person in Attio by email address, creating the person if they don’t exist, and adds one note per sent email. It never modifies existing records and never reads your notes.
Configure
- Create a Postlude account at app.postlude.ai and connect Fathom from the setup page.
- Connect Attio: click Connect next to Attio, approve the requested permissions, and choose your workspace. Postlude requests only what it needs — creating or finding people and writing notes.
- Connect Gmail when you’re ready to send.
- That’s it. After your next call, a draft appears; when you send it, the email is logged to Attio within seconds. You can check every log in the workspace timeline.
