It scan call recordings stored in your Attio account to identify repeat questions your customers ask. Using your team’s actual replies, Faqir drafts clear, SEO-friendly answers that you can review, edit, and publish in a click.
How it works
- Scan all customer call transcripts stored in Attio account to detect repeat buyer questions.
- Draft clear answers based on your past replies from call transcript in Attio.
- Publish FAQ hub on your subdomain.
Configure
Note that you will need to have an Attio Pro account and to be an Attio workspace administrator to complete the integration setup.
- Log into your Faqir account, or create a new account.
- Click ’Data Source’ in the Faqir dashboard.
- Click Connect under Attio, then Authorize on the Attio Authorization page.
