Overview
SuperLinkIn helps you organize professional conversations and keep their context in Attio.
Use keyboard shortcuts, labels, snooze, search, and saved replies to manage your inbox. Sync conversations to Attio so your team can read the message history alongside the corresponding person record, without copying messages between tabs.
Sync manually when needed, or enable auto-sync for conversations you open.
How it works
Contact matching
SuperLinkIn looks for an existing person in Attio using their profile URL or a matching attribute you configure. If no match is found, it creates a person record with their name and profile URL.
Conversation notes
Available conversation messages are saved as a note on the person record, including sender names and timestamps. The note also includes the contact’s profile link and headline when available.
When newer messages are synced, SuperLinkIn refreshes the conversation note.
Sync controls
Sync a conversation manually, or enable auto-sync to sync conversations after you open them and their messages load. You can disable auto-sync for individual conversations.
The integration is designed for one-to-one conversations. Group conversation sync is not supported.
Configure
- Install the SuperLinkIn Chrome extension and open SuperLinkIn.
- Go to Settings and open Integrations.
- Choose Attio and authorize access to your workspace.
- Review your contact-matching settings. Use default profile matching or select an existing attribute containing profile URLs or usernames.
- Open a one-to-one conversation and click Sync to Attio. Enable auto-sync in Integrations if you want conversations synced when opened.
