Overview
EasyRinger is a virtual phone system for sales and support teams. This app lets you place a call to the phone number on a person record using your EasyRinger account. Open a person record that has a phone number, select the "Call with EasyRinger" record action, and the EasyRinger dialer opens in a new browser tab. Enter the number there and place the call, which runs in the browser using EasyRinger's own telephony infrastructure, no desk phone or SIM card required.
How it works
Open any person record in Attio that has a phone number, then select "Call with EasyRinger" from the record's actions menu. A dialog opens with a link labeled "Open EasyRinger Dialer". Select that link to open the dialer in a new browser tab, where you can place the call using your EasyRinger phone numbers. This action is available on person records only, since Attio's company records do not have a phone number field.
Configure
No configuration is needed inside Attio itself. The first time you open the EasyRinger dialer, select "Connect Account" and sign in with your existing EasyRinger account. Once connected, the dialer remembers your account for future calls, so you will not need to sign in again on the same device.
