SolarDialer

SolarDialer is an AI phone agent that calls your Attio people for you. Within minutes of a person joining a list you pick (or being added to your workspace), the agent calls them, reminds them what they asked about, answers their questions, and puts interested people through to your closer live, or books a callback for the time they ask.

Every call comes back to Attio: a note on the person with the outcome, an AI summary, the transcript and links to the recording; interested and transferred people added to the lists you pick; callbacks as tasks assigned to the Attio member who connected. It works for any business that follows up its leads by phone.

People in: in SolarDialer you add rules, each an Attio list (or "Any new person") and the SolarDialer campaign those people join. SolarDialer subscribes to webhooks for those events, then reads the person's name, phone numbers, email addresses and address to place the call. Someone already linked is never added twice.

People records SolarDialer creates: every call result is written to a person in Attio. When a SolarDialer lead is not linked to an Attio person yet (for example a lead uploaded to SolarDialer rather than taken from Attio), SolarDialer first looks for an existing person: by phone number (the same digits), then by email address, and uses the newest match. Only when nothing matches does it create a new person, setting just three attributes: name (first and last), phone number and email address, whichever the lead has. It never changes the attributes of existing people, never deletes records, and never creates attributes or changes your workspace's structure.

Results out: for each call that reaches someone, SolarDialer adds a note to the person titled "SolarDialer call: " with the summary, transcript and links to the recording and the call. Interested people are added to your interested list and transferred ones to your transferred list; a callback becomes a task due at the time the person asked, assigned to the Attio member who connected; a person who asks not to be called gets a note saying so and is never called again.

SolarDialer only calls within each area's legal calling hours and honours your do-not-call list.

You need a SolarDialer account (sign up free at https://solardialer.net/signup?utm_source=attio) and admin access to the Attio workspace you connect.

1. In SolarDialer, open Account > Integrations and click Connect Attio, then choose the workspace and allow access in Attio.

2. Under "Attio: ", pick the list for interested people and, optionally, one for transferred people, and click Save.

3. Add a rule: an Attio list (or "Any new person") and the SolarDialer campaign those people join.

Calls are billed per minute in SolarDialer; the Attio connection itself is free. To disconnect, click Disconnect Attio: the token is revoked and the webhook removed. Questions: info@solardialer.net.
