Overview

Convo listens to your meetings and helps you in real time with suggested responses, then handles everything after the call: summaries, action items, and follow-up emails drafted in 30 seconds. Connect it to Attio and every conversation shows up on the right contact or company record automatically.

How it works

Convo runs during your calls on Zoom, Meet, Teams, Webex, or Slack, suggesting responses and letting you search your documents mid-conversation.

Before the call, click [Link CRM] and connect your Attio record. Convo will pull the relevant context and give you suggestions during the conversation.

When the meeting ends, Convo will add the summary, action items, and a draft follow-up email to your Attio record.

Configure

  1. Download Convo from https://www.itsconvo.com and create an account in the app.
  2. Open the Convo desktop app and go to Settings > Connections.
  3. Click Connect next to Attio. You'll be redirected to authorize Convo in your Attio workspace.
  4. Once authorized, you'll be redirected back to Convo. Your workspace name will appear under the Attio card, confirming the connection.
  5. After any meeting, open the conversation and click Link CRM in the share panel. Preview which contacts will be matched or created, then confirm to sync your meeting notes and action items to Attio.
