Overview
Attio's built-in call recorder joins your Zoom meetings automatically. It records and transcribes each call and links it to the right people, companies and deals.
How it works
- Once your calendar is connected, Attio joins your scheduled Zoom meetings. You can record every external meeting automatically or choose which calls to record.
- Recordings, transcripts and AI summaries are stored automatically in Attio.
- Insight templates pull out what matters on each call, such as next steps, objections or requirements.
Configure
- Connect your Google or Microsoft calendar to Attio.
- Turn on call recording in your Attio settings.
- Your next Zoom meeting is recorded. See Recording calls with Attio.
Optional: Use the "Call recording created" workflow trigger to automate what happens after a Zoom call, such as creatinng follow-up tasks, adding notes or updating related records once the transcript and summary are ready.
