Enable AI-powered meeting notes and automations to enhance your Attio workspace.

Overview

Connect Attio with Circleback to automatically save call summaries as notes and organize your post-meeting work. Now you can action items as tasks, keep your teams up-to-date, and gain more insights from your meetings.

Once you’ve set up a workflow with Attio, Circleback will look up the people you met with after meetings, using the emails invited to the calendar event. For each person found in Attio, a note will be automatically added with the selected meeting outcomes.

Configure

  1. Go to the Automations page.
  2. Select Create automation.
  3. Set some conditions for when you’d like this automation to run, or click Next if you’d like it to run after every meeting.
  4. Choose Attio from the menu.
  5. Click Connect if you haven’t already connected your Attio account.
  6. Choose whether to update people or companies. Updates are made by matching meeting invitees’ emails with people in Attio.
  7. Choose what meeting outcomes to include.
  8. Click Done, then Create.

Your automation will run on meetings that match the trigger conditions you set up in Step 3 moving forward.
