Overview
Attio's built-in call recorder joins your Microsoft Teams meetings automatically. It records and transcribes each meeting and links it to the right people, companies and deals.
How it works
- Once your calendar is connected, Attio joins your scheduled Teams meetings. You can record every external meeting automatically or choose which calls to record.
- Recordings, transcripts and AI summaries show up on the matching records in Attio.
- Insight templates pull out buying signals, blockers and follow-ups from each call.
Configure
- Connect your Microsoft or Google calendar to Attio.
- Turn on call recording in your Attio settings.
- Your next Teams meeting is recorded. See Recording calls with Attio.
Optional: Use the "Call recording created" workflow trigger to automate what happens after a Teams meeting, such as creating follow-up tasks, adding notes or updating related records once the transcript and summary are ready.
