While Attio is a web-based platform you normally use in a browser, the iOS and Android mobile apps let you manage your work and collaborate with your team when you aren’t at your desktop.

Mobile app features

The Attio mobile app supports the following capabilities.

Create and update records and list entries

Create, view, and update records and list entries directly from your phone.

  • Open any record or list entry to review and edit its details just as you would on desktop.

  • Open an all records page or list and tap the + to create a new record or list entry.

Access emails

View team members’ emails and request access when needed.

From a record, open the Emails tab to:

  • Select an email to view it.

  • Tap Request access to request permission to view emails.

Notes

Create and edit notes with real-time updates and collaboration.

From a record, swipe to the Notes tab to:

  • Open an existing note.

  • Tap + to create a new note.

Changes sync in real time so your team can collaborate seamlessly. Learn more about notes.

Tasks

Create, edit, and complete tasks from the mobile app.

You can:

  • Tap Tasks at the bottom of the home screen to see your tasks.

  • Open a record and swipe to the Tasks tab to view related tasks.

  • Tap a task to edit it.

  • Tap + to create a new task.

Comments

Add and respond to comments on records and list entries.

You can:

  • Tap a notification about a comment to open it.

  • Open a record or list entry and tap Add Comment.

  • Tap the comment bubble icon in the upper right corner of any list view, the all records view, or a record page.

Manage mobile app notifications

To choose which notifications you receive on mobile:

  1. On desktop, go to Notifications in your Account settings.

  2. Select the events you want to receive by checking the boxes in the App column:

    • Mentions

    • Replies

    • Email Grants

    • Task Assignments

    • Shared Resources

    • Sequence delegated sender invites

  3. Make sure notifications for the Attio app are enabled in your phone’s device settings.

Troubleshooting the Attio mobile app

If you experience bugs or the app crashes, try the following:

  • Make sure you are using the latest version of the Attio app from the App Store or Google Play.

  • Delete the app and reinstall it.

  • On Android, clear the app’s cache and data from your device settings.

If the issue persists, contact Attio Support and include:

  • Your device model and operating system version

  • The Attio app version. You can find this by opening the app and tapping your workspace name on the Home tab

  • A description of the issue, including steps to reproduce it
