Access Attio on-the-go from iOS or Android devices.
While Attio is a web-based platform accessed primarily from your browser, you can use our iOS and Android apps to track and manage your workflow and collaborate in real-time when you're away from your desktop.

Mobile app features
You can take the following actions on Attio’s mobile apps:
Create, view, and update records and list entries.
View and request access to team members’ emails. Navigate to the record, tap to open the Emails tab, then select an email or Request access. Learn more about email access.
Create and edit notes with real-time updates and collaboration with team members. Navigate to the record, swipe left to the Notes tab, and select a note or tap the + button to create a new note. Learn more about notes.
Create, edit, and mark tasks as completed. From the initial screen, tap Tasks at the bottom, or navigate to the record, swipe left to the Tasks tab, then select a task or tap the + button to create a new task. Learn more about tasks.
Add and respond to comments on records and list entries. There are a few ways to access comments:
Tap a notification about a comment to open the comment.
Tap a record or entry in a view, then tap Add Comment.
Tap the comments bubble icon in the upper-right of any list view, all records view, or record page.
Receive notifications about mentions, replies to your comments, access requests and access grants for emails, new tasks assigned to you, and invites to be a delegated sender for sequences.
Manage mobile app notifications
To customize which Attio events will send you notifications on mobile, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Notifications page in your account settings on desktop.
Check the boxes for the notifications you want to receive on mobile in the App column.
Ensure you have also enabled notifications for the Attio app in your device settings.
Troubleshooting the Attio mobile app
If you're experiencing an issue such as a bug or crashing in the Attio app, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure you are using the latest version of the Attio app by checking the App Store or Google Play Store.
If the issue persists, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
If you’re using an Android device, you can also try clearing the app’s cache and data in your device settings.
If the issue continues, please contact Attio’s Support team with the following details:
Your device model and operating system version
The Attio app version (found by opening the app and tapping your workspace name from the Home tab)
A description of the issue, including the steps leading up to it
