How to contact Attio Support
There are a few ways to get in touch:
When using Attio, click the ? icon in the top-right of any page and choose Support.
Email the team at [email protected].
On attio.com, including this Help center, click the chat icon in the lower-right of any page to send a message to the team.
Access past Support conversations
Follow these steps to view your past conversations with Attio's Support team:
Within Attio, click the ? icon in the top-right of any page and choose Support. From the Help center, click the chat icon in the lower-right corner of the page.
In the chat modal that opens, click over to the Messages tab.
There you can access a list of your past conversations, and click any conversation to view it.

Found a bug? Let us know via chat or email. Please include as much of the following information as possible:
What steps did you take leading up to the bug?
Include any screenshots, GIFs, or videos to demonstrate the issue.
If you are using our mobile app, please share which version of the app are you using.
