Introduction to navigating Attio

Get to know your way around Attio.

The Attio workspace can be divided into two main areas: the sidebar and the main panel.

The sidebar is how you navigate and use Attio. It is expandable and collapsible, and has four sections:

  1. The control panel section, which allows you to switch or add new workspaces, access account settings, change your theme and sign out.

  2. The quick access section, which allows you to quickly access commands by simply using cmd + k or quickly search your entire CRM using /.

  3. The navigation panel, which allows you to access records, notifications, tasks, notes, emails, reports, and automations.

  4. The list section, which gives you access to every list you have created or has been shared with you.

If you ever have questions about using Attio, our help center and in-app chat support are just a click away. You can click Help and first steps in the bottom left corner to access our Help center or Support chat.

We’ve also got keyboard shortcuts for nearly every function, and you can find the library of shortcuts in this menu as well.

Main panel


The main panel is where your CRM data is displayed and where you take action on it.

For quick access to settings associated with the specific page you’re on, just click the in the top right corner of every page.

For example, if you’re looking at the Company view, the menu will take you to the settings page to manage the Company object and its associated attributes.
