Outdoo AI is an enterprise AI roleplay and coaching platform for customer-facing teams. It helps teams turn training into real execution by connecting roleplay practice, live customer conversations, and post-call workflows. With Outdoo, reps can practice realistic scenarios, receive AI-powered feedback, and improve performance, while managers can coach more effectively and drive measurable revenue outcomes.

The Attio and Outdoo AI integration helps customer-facing teams keep CRM records accurate, capture key meeting insights, and improve rep performance through AI-powered coaching and roleplay.

How it works

  1. Auto-sync calls, notes, and follow-ups: Push AI-generated meeting summaries, follow-up actions, key highlights, and next steps directly into Attio contacts and opportunities.AI-powered CRM updates: Capture important details from sales calls and update Attio with cleaner, more accurate information without manual entry.
  2. **Meeting summaries in Attio: **Log key takeaways, decisions, objections, and action items after every customer interaction so teams can quickly understand what happened and what needs to happen next.
  3. **Deal intelligence: **Track deal risks, sentiment shifts, competitor mentions, objections, and pipeline health using AI-curated deal summaries and opportunity insights.
  4. **Custom field mapping: **Map Outdoo insights to the Attio fields your team cares about most for cleaner reporting and better sales visibility.
  5. AI coaching: Identify rep strengths, skill gaps, talk patterns, objection handling moments, and follow-up quality so managers can coach with better evidence from real conversations.
  6. **AI roleplays: **Create realistic AI roleplays using Attio contacts, accounts, opportunities, deal stages, and past customer interactions so reps can practice discovery, objection handling, follow-ups, and closing conversations before their next live meeting.

Configure

  1. Go to the Integrations page in your Outdoo Settings.
  2. Click on the 'Connect' button under the Attio CRM icon.
  3. A new page will open to authorize Attio CRM. Log in to your Attio CRM account and click on "Accept."
  4. You’ll be redirected to the Outdoo Integrations page, where Attio CRM will now appear as "Connected."

Note: Ensure that the lead's contact details are present in Attio CRM before the meeting. If Outdoo cannot find a matching email for participants in Attio CRM, meeting-to-deal mapping will not occur.
