Knowzilla is expanding its enterprise capabilities to address critical gaps in the modern sales workflow. Currently, sales reps have to manually copy AI-generated meeting notes into their CRM, and our AI assistant starts every call with a "blank slate" regarding the account's history.
The Knowzilla integration for Attio solves the "amnesiac AI" problem by bridging the gap between your live sales conversations and your CRM records. By seamlessly pushing structured intelligence (summaries, pain points, goals, and blockers) directly into Attio, this integration eliminates manual data entry and ensures your team—and your AI—always have the most up-to-date context on every deal.
How it works
The Knowzilla and Attio integration operates in a sophisticated, two-phased approach to keep your data perfectly synchronized:
Phase 1: Intelligent CRM Push & object upserting Immediately after a live call, Knowzilla processes the AI-generated meeting assets via a resilient background queue (so reps can safely close their tabs immediately without losing data).
- Smart Record Resolution: Knowzilla doesn't just dump a note. It securely searches your Attio workspace to find the matching company (by domain/name) and person (by email). If they don't exist, Knowzilla automatically creates them.
- Deal & Pipeline Awareness: If the session is linked to a deal, Knowzilla will locate the existing deal or automatically create a new one, intelligently placing it in your workspace's active pipeline stage.
- Cascading Notes: The full structured meeting intelligence (Summary, Pain Points, Goals, Blockers) is published as a formatted Attio note. Knowzilla attaches this note to the best available record—prioritizing deals, then people, then companies.
Phase 2: "Deal Rooms" & Persistent Memory Knowzilla utilizes "Deal Rooms" that act as a persistent intelligence layer between your calls and Attio.
- The Pre-Call Briefing: Before a meeting, Knowzilla performs a real-time fetch to pull live CRM data from Attio (including deal stage, amount, and recent notes), instantly briefing the sales rep and the AI assistant.
- The Post-Call Sync: After a call, Knowzilla updates the deal room with polished, extracted intelligence. The user can review this data before it securely syncs back to Attio.
Configure
We designed this integration to be foolproof so your team can get started in seconds. To drive high adoption, Knowzilla relies entirely on Intelligent Defaults—there is no complex custom field-mapping UI to configure.
To connect Attio:
- Navigate to your Knowzilla Admin Integrations Hub.
- Locate and click on the Attio connection card.
- You will be securely redirected to Attio to authorize the connection.
Once authorized, Knowzilla will handle the rest. Our system automatically queries your Attio workspace to map out your custom objects (people, companies, deals) and dynamically adapts to your specific pipeline stages behind the scenes. Just connect, and your AI meeting notes will start routing perfectly.
