HeyStream is a B2B live streaming platform that helps teams run polished, branded broadcasts and turn audience engagement into measurable follow-up.

With the HeyStream app for Attio, contacts from your live broadcasts can be synced into Attio as people records when they register for or attend an event. HeyStream creates or updates people by email address, helping teams keep webinar and live-event audiences visible in their CRM without manual exports.

Use this integration to connect broadcast activity with your sales and marketing workflows, so event audiences are easier to track, segment, and follow up with after the live session.

HeyStream syncs new broadcast contacts to Attio when someone registers for or attends a live broadcast.

For each synced person, HeyStream sends:

• Email address
• First name
• Last name
• Full name

HeyStream uses the email address to create or update the person record in Attio, so existing people are updated instead of duplicated. This will create or update people records in Attio so that you can include them in your central CRM and outbound marketing strategy.

You will need an active HeyStream workspace and an Attio workspace where you have permission to authorize apps and create or update people records.

To configure the app, connect Attio from your HeyStream workspace settings. After authorising HeyStream, contacts from supported broadcast events will sync automatically to Attio as people records.
