Turn your Attio CRM into an interactive map

Overview

GeoMaps turns your Attio workspace into an interactive map, with no GIS skills required. It places your people, companies, deals and custom objects on a live map that stays in sync with Attio. From there you can filter and colour-code records by any attribute, find what's nearby, plan optimized multi-stop routes, draw territories and drive-time areas, build heatmaps and publish shareable, embeddable maps.

It works both ways: edit a record on the map or in the table and the change is saved in Attio. Reps in the field use the GeoMaps mobile app (iOS and Android) to navigate to customers, update records and check in after a visit, with the visit note saved on the Attio record. It's built for sales, field and operations teams who want to see and act on their Attio data geographically.

How it works

You connect GeoMaps to your Attio workspace with a secure sign-in (no token to copy). GeoMaps reads:

• People, Companies and Deals: names, address and location attributes, and the attributes you choose to filter or colour by

• Your custom objects: any object with address or location data

• Workspace members: so owner and user fields show names

GeoMaps geocodes the addresses into map coordinates and keeps the map up to date as your Attio data changes.

What GeoMaps writes to Attio, only when someone does it in GeoMaps:

• Record edits: a change made in GeoMaps (map popup, table, bulk actions or the mobile app) is saved to that record in Attio. Location, linked-record and user attributes stay read-only.

• New records: a record added in GeoMaps is created in Attio.

• Check-in notes: when a rep checks in on a record in the mobile app, GeoMaps creates one note on that record with the visit note, the rep's name and the time. GeoMaps only creates notes. It never reads, edits or deletes your existing notes.

GeoMaps never deletes Attio records, and you can disconnect at any time.

Configure

To use this app you need a GeoMaps account. It starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. Setup takes a couple of minutes:

  1. Create or log in to your GeoMaps account at app.geomaps.co.

  2. Open Data Sources, choose Attio and click Connect Attio.

  3. Sign in to your Attio workspace and approve the access GeoMaps asks for.

  4. Choose the Attio objects you want to map (e.g. People, Companies, Deals) and confirm the address field. GeoMaps imports and geocodes them onto an interactive map.

Already connected before November 2026? Reconnect once (Data Sources → your Attio source → Settings → Reconnect) to allow check-in notes. Until then, check-ins are kept in GeoMaps only.
