How it works
FirstDistro syncs two custom attributes to your Attio Company records:
- Health Score (0-100): A dynamic score based on product usage, milestone completion, and engagement patterns.
- Risk Level (Healthy, At-Risk, Critical): A categorical status for quick filtering and prioritization.
- Trend (Steady, Improving, Declining): Direction of health over time.
- Primary Risk: The top reason driving the current risk status.
- Last Synced: Timestamp of the most recent update.
Records are matched by domain. Scores update automatically as customer behavior changes.
Configure
Connect FirstDistro to Attio:

In FirstDistro, go to Settings → Integrations.

Click Connect on the Attio card and authorize access.
Display Health Data in Attio:

Open your Companies table in Attio.

Click + Add column.

Add: Health Score, Risk Level, Trend, Primary Risk, and Last Synced.

Sort or filter by Risk Level to prioritize at-risk accounts.
