CompCode

CompCode is a commission management platform that brings real-time commission tracking directly into Attio. When deals close, CompCode automatically calculates commissions based on your plan rules - tiered rates, accelerators, flat bonuses, and milestone payouts.

The embedded deal widget shows earned commissions for won deals and forecasted commissions for open pipeline, including current attainment, applicable tier, and rate. Reps and managers can click through to the full CompCode dashboard for statements, team views, and period breakdowns.

CompCode is the only commission platform with native Attio integration. Plans are configured via API or the built-in AI plan builder - no spreadsheets, no manual calculation, no 6-week implementation.

CompCode syncs the following data from Attio:

• Deal records: amount, stage, close date, and custom fields for commission calculation

• Deal owners: mapped as commission reps with automatic role assignment

• Workspace members: synced for team visibility and dashboard access

When a deal stage changes, Attio sends a webhook to CompCode. The commission engine evaluates the deal against assigned plan rules and calculates earnings in real time. Results appear in the Attio deal widget and the CompCode dashboard.

Commission events are stored in an immutable audit ledger - every payout is traceable back to the plan rule that generated it. CompCode generates commission statements for each rep per period - line-by-line breakdowns of every deal, rate, and payout. Managers and finance can review, approve, and export statements directly from the dashboard. Approved statements are locked and versioned, creating a clear audit trail for payroll and accounting.

2. CompCode automatically registers a webhook and syncs your reps
3. Create a commission plan using the REST API
4. Assign reps to the plan and set quota targets
5. Calculate commission for all currently eligible deals.
6. Commissions calculate automatically when deals close in Attio
