Improvado is the AI-powered marketing analytics and intelligence platform that Fortune 500 companies and global agencies use to consolidate their entire marketing data stack. The Attio integration extracts your full workspace — records, change history, lists, tasks, notes, meetings, and call recordings — and lands it next to ad spend, web analytics, and conversions in your warehouse. With everything joined, Improvado's AI Agent sits on top of the combined dataset: a marketer can ask "what's my pipeline contribution from last week's TikTok campaigns?" and get a cross-channel answer in seconds, without filing a ticket to analytics.

After authorizing with OAuth, Improvado continuously syncs:

• Records — Companies, People, Deals, and any custom object you've built in Attio, with every attribute, including workspace-specific custom fields
• Record history — every attribute change on every record, for auditable pipeline movement and stage-transition analysis
• Lists & list entries — including per-list attributes and order
• Notes, tasks, meetings, and threads — full activity history for attribution models and rep-productivity reporting
• Workspace members, call recordings, and files — for team coverage, call analytics, and content attribution

Schemas are discovered automatically — custom objects and attributes show up in your warehouse without manual mapping. Improvado normalizes types, runs incremental refreshes, and stitches Attio records to joinable keys against your ad spend, GA4, and other marketing tables.

Once landed, the AI Agent answers natural-language questions across the unified dataset, the attribution suite (MTA / MMM) quantifies marketing impact on closed-won revenue, and Cerebro governs naming conventions and data quality across all 500+ sources. Improvado is SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA certified.

1. Click Install app to start the OAuth flow — you'll be redirected to Improvado.
2. Sign in to your Improvado account and authorize the Attio workspace.
3. In Improvado, choose which Attio objects to sync. Pick your warehouse destination (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks).
4. Improvado runs the initial backfill and keeps your warehouse in sync on schedule. Then ask the AI Agent anything.
