Asana

Asana is a work management platform used by teams to plan, track, and organize tasks and projects. This integration connects Attio to Asana so you can turn CRM activity into action — automatically create Asana tasks and projects as part of your Attio workflows, without switching tools.

Once connected, Asana adds two workflow steps you can drop into any Attio workflow:

• Create task: Creates an Asana task with a name, workspace, and privacy setting, and optionally links it to one or more projects. The created task's ID is passed on to later workflow steps.
• Create project: Creates an Asana project with a name and workspace, plus optional start/due dates, an owner, a color, an icon, and access-level settings. The created project's ID is passed on to later workflow steps.

1. Add the Asana app from the Attio App Store.
2. Connect your Asana account when prompted — you'll be asked to sign in and authorize Attio.
3. Open a workflow and add the Create task or Create project step.
4. Select an Asana workspace, then fill in the task or project details. Project and user pickers become available once a workspace is selected.
5. Save your workflow. Each run will create the task or project in Asana automatically.
