Asana app

Create Asana tasks and projects from workflows.

Table of Contents

Available on all plans.

Admins can install the Asana app. Each member connects their own Asana account.

The Asana app lets your workflows create work in Asana automatically. When a deal reaches a certain stage, a workflow can spin up an Asana project with the right tasks already lined up, so nobody has to remember to set it up by hand.

Install the Asana app

A workspace admin installs the app for the workspace:

  • Click your workspace name, select Workspace settings, then go to Apps in the sidebar.

  • Search for and open the Asana app, then click Install.

Each member who wants to use Asana in a workflow then connects their own Asana account from the same app page. Click Connect and sign in to Asana. Attio asks for permission to create tasks and projects, and to see the workspaces and people in your Asana account.

Each step runs using the Asana account you choose when you set it up, so a step can only reach workspaces and projects that account already has access to.
