Overview
&Open lets you send real, physical gifts to your contacts straight from Attio. Pick a campaign from your &Open account, preview what the recipient will get, and send it.
The app connects to your &Open account using a single workspace-level API key, so anyone on your team can send a gift once it's set up.
How it works
Send a gift from any Person record Open a person record and choose Send Gift. Attio pulls their name and email automatically from the record.
Pick a campaign, see the cost upfront Choose from your workspace's available &Open campaigns. Attio shows you the products included and the cost before you send: a total if the campaign sends every product, or an upper bound if the recipient gets to choose one.
Configure
- In &open, go to /admin/tenant_api_keys and create an API key for your workspace.
- In Attio, go to Workspace settings → Apps and integrations, select &Open, and paste in the API key to connect your workspace.
- Open any Person record and use the Send Gift action to start sending.
