Information about changes to Attio's plans and pricing taking effect April 2025.
About these changes
Why are you updating your plans and pricing?
Since our launch two years ago, Attio has become significantly more powerful. We've shipped automations, custom objects, powerful reporting, AI agents, and call intelligence - with much more ahead.
As we continue investing in more powerful features for our platform, we're updating our pricing to reflect the increased value Attio delivers today, and also to help us to continue delivering on building the CRM for the next generation.

Timeline
When are these new changes taking effect?
Starting April 23, you’ll have immediate access to the upgraded versions of our plans, with more workflow credits. For new customers, pricing changes are live. For existing customers, pricing will take effect on the following timeline:
Monthly plans: New pricing starts on your first monthly payment following July 23rd
Annual plans: New pricing applies at your next renewal after July 23rd
What if I make changes to my plan before July 23rd?
Adding or removing seats will continue at your current pricing until July 23rd.
If you upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing before July 23rd, the new pricing will apply.

What are the new prices?

What happens to my current discounts?
Any eligible, ongoing discounts will continue to apply to your workspace for the remainder of the discount term.
What will my new workspace pricing be after July 23rd?
Your new bill will be calculated by multiplying your number of seats by the new base price, plus any add-ons, and applying any eligible discounts.
Here are the formulas:

For example:
If you have 5 seats on Plus Monthly: 5 × $36 = $180/month
If you have 5 seats on Plus Monthly plus an additional 5,000 workflow credits package: (5 × $36) + $85 = $265/month
If you have the same setup plus a 10% referral discount: ($180 + $85) minus 10% = $238.50/month

Workflow credits
What's changing with workflow credits?
We're significantly increasing workflow credits per workspace across all plans:
Free: 250 credits per month (vs. 100 per month previously)
Plus: 1,500 credits per month (vs. 1,000 per month previously)
Pro: 10,000 credits per month (vs. 2,500 per month previously)
Enterprise: Custom
What about purchasing additional workflow credits?
We've simplified our add-on packages. Additional credit packages now come in 5,000 ($85), 10,000 ($150), or 25,000 ($225) credits per month. Visit our pricing page for details.
What happens to my existing workflow credit add-ons?
Existing automation add-ons will remain on your invoice. Credit add-ons can can be adjusted from the Billing page of your workspace under Manage Credits. If you adjust your automation add-on package ahead of July 23rd, the new pricing will apply.
Record limits
What should I know about record limits?
To ensure platform performance as workspaces grow, each plan now includes a record capacity:
Free: Up to 50,000 records
Plus: Up to 250,000 records
Pro: Up to 1 million records
Enterprise: Custom
How will I know if I'm approaching my record limit?
Workspace admins will receive a notification when at 75% of their record limit, and another notification at 85%.
Workspace admins can also monitor record usage from the Billing page of your workspace under Records
.
What happens if I exceed my record limit?
If you exceed your record limit, your workspace admin will see a banner in their workspace. Your data and workspace will remain fully accessible, and our team will reach out to discuss options for upgrading to a plan that better fits your growth.
You can clean up unused records using filters to find and delete them from your workspace.
Special cases
I'm currently in a trial — what applies to me?
If you started your trial before April 23rd, you'll be eligible for legacy pricing until July 23rd.
