Attio and Google Workspace
Add Attio to your trusted apps before syncing your Google account.
If your Google Workspace administrator has restricted 3rd-party app installations, or if you use Google's Advanced Protection Program, you'll need to have Attio added to your trusted apps before syncing your account.
This needs to be done by the Google Workspace admin via the Google Admin Console.
Add Attio to your trusted apps
Head to admin.google.com
Starting from the sign-in page, enter the email address and password for your Google Workspace admin account (it shouldn't end in @gmail.com)
From the side panel, select Security then Settings
Scroll down to API Permission at the end of the list and select Manage Third Party Access
Click Add App then OAuth App Name

Attio Application IDs
The Attio Application IDs that need to be added are:

Troubleshooting Google account access issues
If you see a message while syncing your email and calendar that states, "Our access to your Google account is restricted", this typically means one of the following:
Required permissions were not granted when connecting your Google account
Your Google Workspace admin has restricted third-party app access
Follow the steps below to review your permissions and Workspace settings.
Review permissions granted to Attio
Locate Attio in the list of connected apps.
Select Attio and review the permissions granted.
Make sure all requested permissions are enabled.
If permissions are missing or appear incorrect:
Follow these steps to reconnect your synced account.
Grant all requested permissions when prompted.
Review Google Workspace API controls
If you are part of a Google Workspace organization, your admin settings may restrict access.
To review app access control settings, Google Workspace admins can:
Sign in to https://admin.google.com.
Go to Security > Access and data control > API controls.
Select Manage app access.
From here, review your organization’s app access control settings and confirm that Attio is allowed. For more information on managing third-party app access in Google Workspace, refer to Google’s documentation.
If changes are made, ask the team member to try again to sync their Google account in Attio.
