Export your workspace data to CSV files in a few easy steps.

Export and store your workspace data, ensuring you always have a copy of your information. You can generate a backup on demand, download it, and retain it outside of Attio for compliance, reporting, or peace of mind.

What is included in the workspace export?

Your workspace data will be downloaded to a zip file containing various CSV files:

  • Lists

  • List attributes

  • Attribute options

  • Comments

  • Companies

  • People

  • Files

  • Notes

  • Tasks

  • Users (workspace members, not the Users object)

What is not included in the workspace export?

The workspace export does not include:

  • Emails: Cannot be exported

  • Meetings: Can be exported programmatically via Attio's API

  • Call recordings: Can be exported programmatically via Attio's API

  • Record and attribute data from Deals, Users, Workspaces, or custom objects: Can be exported to CSV or via Attio's API

Export workspace data

Although your Attio data is backed up in the cloud, admins can also export workspace data in a few easy steps:

  1. Click on your workspace name in the upper-left of your account and select Workspace settings.

  2. Under the General tab click the option to Start new export under Export Workspace data.

  3. Once the export reaches 100% completion, click the download icon to download the file.
