Turn Webflow form submissions into workflow triggers

Overview

Connect Webflow to Attio and start workflows the moment someone submits a form on your site.

Every demo request, contact form, or newsletter signup on your Webflow site can kick off a workflow in Attio — create people records, enrich companies, notify your team, or route leads to the right owner. Form fields arrive as structured, typed values: email addresses, phone numbers, numbers, and checkboxes are parsed and ready to use in any workflow step, with no manual cleanup.

How it works

Trigger workflows from form submissions

Add the "Form submitted" trigger to any workflow, then choose one of your Webflow sites and one of its forms. When that form is submitted, the workflow starts immediately with the submission data as its input.

Typed form data, ready to use

The trigger reads your form's structure and outputs each field with the right type. Email fields become structured email addresses, phone fields become structured phone numbers, number fields become numbers, and checkboxes become true/false values — so you can map them straight into record attributes without extra formatting steps.

If your form collects phone numbers in a local format (without a country prefix), set a default country code on the trigger and numbers are parsed correctly for that region.

Configure

  1. In Attio, open workspace settings, go to the apps section, and install the Webflow app.

  2. Authorize the connection with your Webflow account. The connection is shared across your workspace.

  3. In the workflow builder, create a workflow with the "Form submitted" trigger.

  4. Select the Webflow site and the form you want to listen to. If the form has a phone field, you can optionally set a default phone number country code.

  5. Activate the workflow. Attio automatically registers a webhook with Webflow — no setup needed on the Webflow side.

Tip: give each form field a unique name in Webflow. If two fields share a name, only one value is included in the submission.
