1. Sign up at attioforms.com Create an account and connect your Attio workspace. The app uses OAuth so your API credentials stay secure.
2. Select an object Choose the Attio object you want to collect data for (e.g., Companies, People, or any custom object).
3. Build your form Use the drag-and-drop builder to add fields. The app reads your workspace schema, so field types and select options match Attio automatically.
4. Configure related objects (optional) Link submissions to related records in Attio. For example, associate a new Person with an existing Company.
5. Customize and publish Add your logo, apply custom CSS if you want, and hit publish. You get a public URL to share immediately.

Setup takes under five minutes. Submissions start flowing into Attio as soon as your form is live.
