SignalRaven

Buyer signals from LinkedIn as people, notes and tasks

Overview

SignalRaven finds the prospects showing buying intent on LinkedIn and writes them into your Attio workspace as people, notes and tasks.

SignalRaven watches the posts your buyers engage with: your own, your competitors', and the voices your market follows. When someone who fits your ideal customer profile reacts or comments, SignalRaven scores the signal, explains why it matters, and drafts an opener.

With this app, every qualified signal lands on records your team already works from, so a rep opening a person in Attio sees the intent behind the record and the first line to send.

How it works

Each qualified signal creates or updates four things in your workspace:

  1. The company record, matched on its domain when the signal carries a website, otherwise matched by name or created with its name and LinkedIn URL.
  2. The person record, matched on the LinkedIn attribute, otherwise created with name, job title, LinkedIn URL and a link to the company.
  3. A note on the person with the signal strength, why it matters, the post summary, a suggested opener, and links back to the signal in SignalRaven, the LinkedIn profile and the source post.
  4. A task linked to the person, due in two days, with the opener as its text, so the follow-up sits in your task list without manual entry.

Routing is set in SignalRaven per destination: send every qualified signal, only signals above a strength you choose, or hand-pick from the signal feed. Writes go through the Attio REST API with the scopes listed on this app: records, object configuration, notes, tasks, and user management (read only, required by the tasks endpoint).

Configure

You need a SignalRaven workspace. New accounts start on a free trial at https://app.signalraven.ai.

  1. In SignalRaven open Destinations in the left sidebar and click the Attio tile.
  2. Click Connect Attio. You are sent to Attio to allow the app for your workspace, then returned to SignalRaven with the destination connected.
  3. Click Send test message. Within a few seconds your workspace has a company (Acme Corp), a person (Jane Smith) with a note titled "SignalRaven: Competitor post comment (8/10)", and a task due in two days.
  4. Set the routing rule on the destination: all qualified signals, a minimum strength, or manual sends from the signal feed.

To disconnect, delete the destination in SignalRaven, which revokes the token, or remove the app from your Attio workspace settings. Either way SignalRaven stops writing immediately.
